Website Design Projects

Delivery Timeframes

Project timelines vary depending on scope and client responsiveness. Standard website projects are typically delivered within 7–21 business days from receipt of deposit and all required content. Delays in client feedback or content submission may extend the delivery timeframe.

Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any work commences. The remaining 50% is payable upon completion of the project, prior to final handover and website launch. Work will not begin until the initial deposit has been received.

Ownership

Ownership of the final website design and files transfers to the client only upon receipt of full payment. Until such time, all work remains the property of Nazarite Digital Solutions. We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable as they secure project time and cover initial work. If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, the client will be liable for payment of all completed work up to the cancellation date. No refunds are provided for completed or in-progress work.

Website Maintenance Services

Payment Structure

Our services include a once-off setup fee and a recurring monthly maintenance fee. The setup fee is payable before work commences. Monthly fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.

Billing Frequency

Monthly maintenance is billed every 30 days from the initial payment date. Clients are responsible for ensuring payments are made on time to maintain active services.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their monthly maintenance service at any time. A minimum of 30 days written notice is required. Services will remain active during the notice period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, the client will be notified and given time to resolve the issue. If payment is not received within the allowed period, services may be suspended until the account is settled. Continued non-payment may result in termination of services.
